What furniture is included in the furnished homes? We offer fully furnished options for our homes, complete with high-end furniture curated by a professional design team. For more detailed information, please speak with our sales associate.
Are appliances included in the rental home? All homes come equipped with new, energy-efficient appliances, including a full-size washer and dryer, cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and microwave.
Do you allow customization or upgrades in the homes? Upgrades may be available upon request; contact our team for approval.
What are the lease terms? We currently offer 6-24 month lease terms.
Are pets allowed? Yes, we love pets! We allow up to two pets per home with an additional $50/month per pet in pet rent and a one-time $250 pet fee per pet.

Are there options for lease renewal after the rental period? At the lease term’s end, you can renew the contract or proceed on a month-to-month basis at an increased rate.
How do I tour a Seneca home? Tours are by appointment only. To tour, contact us at (725) 314-2461 or fill out this form, and a sales associate will promptly contact you.
What documents do I need to rent a home? We will need your online application, photo IDs for all applicants, as well as income verification documents. To verify income, we can accept paystubs, 3 months of bank statements, a 90-day asset statement, or an offer letter for new jobs.
What are the move-in costs? Your move in costs will include pro-rated rent, as well as your approved deposit amount. Our sales associate will break down your total estimated cost for you in a deposit agreement once you apply.
What are my maintenance responsibilities inside the home? Our team assists with needed repairs or replacements. Residents are responsible for day-to-day care, including regular cleaning.
What are my maintenance responsibilities outside the home? Residents are responsible for maintaining the day-to-day appearance of the exterior of their home, including keeping it clear from trash and pet waste. Seneca will provide pest control and monthly landscaping service.
